CWN places emphasis on ensuring that its programs are user driven and that initiatives are targeted towards user needs and priorities. As a result, CWN re-invested in a number of earlier projects to extend the research and improve the understanding in a number of key areas important to users. These Value-Added projects strengthened CWN's ability to maximize outcome from earlier investments and ensure that they find application and impact for the user community in the user decision-focus areas.
