Twenty-four municipalities and utilities attended the COVID-19 Strategic Sharing Group meeting on April 17. The objective of the meeting was to better understand approaches taken by members for maintaining municipal water services during the uncertain and rapidly evolving circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic. Key topics included updates on internal and public communications, operational trends and impacts and considerations for resuming operations.
