On January 26, CWN hosted a Virtual Dialogue on pursuing co-benefits to advance water management with guest experts Jimmy Zammar (Director of Integrated Strategy Utility Planning in Engineering Services at the City of Vancouver), Robert Newell (Associate Director of the Food and Agriculture Institute at the University of the Fraser Valley) and Victoria Kramkowski (Government and Community Relations Specialist with Toronto and Region Conservation Authority).
Following brief presentations by the invited experts, members from the audience were invited to join the panel for a Virtual Dialogue. Prior to the event, CWN provided a backgrounder to inform this discussion, which also included case studies from the City of Vancouver and Region of Waterloo. We have also curated key insights from the Virtual Dialogue, which are available to Consortium members.
The Virtual Dialogue recording, presentation slides and summary of key insights is now available below or can be found in the documents library > Reports > Published and Confidential Reports.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for this first Virtual Dialogue. Stay tuned for additional Virtual Dialogues in 2021 and other ways to engage as a CLG member.
