Ce nouvel objectif remplace deux directives ant\u00e9rieures sur l&#8217;eau potable et neuf valeurs de d\u00e9pistage d\u00e9riv\u00e9es pour des PFAS individuels.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;objectif de 30 ng\/L est bas\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es de traitement et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme raisonnablement r\u00e9alisable en utilisant des m\u00e9thodes de traitement courantes telles que le charbon actif granulaire (CAG), l&#8217;\u00e9change d&#8217;anions (AIX) et l&#8217;osmose inverse (OI). En se concentrant sur une seule valeur cible pour un groupe de produits chimiques, le secteur de l&#8217;eau potable peut g\u00e9rer les risques plus efficacement.<\/p>\n<p>Contrairement aux approches traditionnelles fond\u00e9es sur la sant\u00e9, cet objectif n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9riv\u00e9 des effets sur la sant\u00e9 en raison de l&#8217;\u00e9volution rapide de la science et de l&#8217;absence de consensus sur les effets sur la sant\u00e9. Au lieu de cela, le nouvel objectif se concentre sur les PFAS les plus \u00e9tudi\u00e9s et les plus puissants d&#8217;un point de vue toxicologique, qui sont \u00e9galement les plus couramment d\u00e9tect\u00e9s dans l&#8217;eau potable. Ces PFAS s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre mesur\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;aide de m\u00e9thodes analytiques normalis\u00e9es et valid\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>Comparaison avec les objectifs internationaux<\/h2>\n<p>Les directives relatives aux PFAS dans l&#8217;eau potable varient d&#8217;un pays \u00e0 l&#8217;autre :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La Commission europ\u00e9enne, la Su\u00e8de et le Danemark utilisent une seule valeur indicative pour une combinaison de PFAS, avec des valeurs allant de 100 ng\/L pour la somme de 20 PFAS, 500 ng\/L pour la somme de tous les PFAS, \u00e0 2 ng\/L pour la somme de quatre PFAS.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;EPA fixe des niveaux l\u00e9galement applicables pour six PFAS, avec des limites de 4 ng\/L et 10 ng\/L.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ce nouvel objectif de Sant\u00e9 Canada s&#8217;aligne sur les efforts internationaux visant \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les PFAS dans l&#8217;eau potable, offrant ainsi une approche plus rationnelle et plus efficace pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;eau.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":15,"featured_media":17887,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-18485","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>R\u00e9sum\u00e9 du nouvel objectif pour les PFAS dans l&#039;eau potable &#8211;
