Canadian Water Network (CWN) is pleased to welcome ENWIN as the newest member of the Municipal Water Consortium (MWC) — a national network of senior decision-makers from Canada’s largest water utilities.

As utilities across Canada navigate increasing pressures — from regulatory changes to infrastructure demands — the value of trusted peer networks continues to grow. By joining the MWC, utilities like ENWIN benefit from:

  • Direct access to peers tackling similar operational and strategic challenges.
  • Timely insights on evolving regulations, risks, and sector trends.
  • Practical knowledge-sharing grounded in real-world utility experience.
  • Confidential, candid dialogue that supports more informed decision-making.

This level of engagement enables utilities like ENWIN to move beyond theory, gaining actionable insights that are difficult to achieve independently.

ENWIN is proud to join the Canadian Water Network’s Municipal Water Consortium as part of a national community shaping the future of municipal water services. We look forward to collaborating with our peers to share insights, drive innovation, and collectively build more resilient, sustainable water systems for the communities we serve.

Robert Spagnuolo, Chief Operating Officer – Water, ENWIN Utilities Ltd.

Participation in the MWC is open to leaders from Canada’s largest municipal water utilities who are interested in contributing to and learning from this collaborative network.
